We offer horse tours with Woody’s Bella Vista Tours to the Santo Cristo Falls.
300 feet high, 3 tiers and the width of half a city block. Pretty nice place for a swim…The tour includes breakfast and lunch cooked and served for you at Woody’s River Cabin. It leaves from the mountain-top just above the Lodge. You ride the mountain ridge, through the jungle and down into the Diamante Valley. Wonderful Tico family—the Moyas are your hosts and show you a great day. This is the real deal and the horses like to run. We also have a beach horse tour leaving from the Lodge run by the Mena brothers. (They grew up in the Lodge along with their 11 brothers and sisters.) The ride is great. Down the mountain, through the jungle and to beaches where you may not see anyone except surfers. Then back up the mountain for a stop at Posa Azul Falls (5 minutes from the Lodge) to rinse off the salt water.
